Trinity Arts Guild's President's Message
Cheri Irwin, President 2010-2012

Dear Members and Potential Members:

Trinity Arts Guild (TAG) is a 501c3 non-for-profit artists association made up of over 200 members in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex.  Our purpose is to advance the cultural level of fine arts.  We accomplish this with programs, shows, and instruction for people of all ages.

Our members have found TAG a wonderful place to foster a creative, artistic spirit.  We hope that you will take advantage of all of the opportunities, or at least some of them, that TAG offers.  As you can see from our calendar of activities, meetings, demos, juried and non-juried shows, paint-ins, and classes, that we are a very busy group!

TAG is fortunate to have a wonderful gallery and workspace for our members use.  We welcome anyone who has a yearning to pursue the arts to come and learn to paint or just support local artists.  Our members range from beginner to expert, from non-professional to professional; including, anyone who wants to learn more, become better artist, and to show their artwork.  We encourage anyone to come and view our artwork; there is an exhibit or show every month.

I have personally been a member for 10 years and have learned so much since I joined.  I have attended demos, workshops, taken part in the paint-ins and critiques, which are invaluable.  By networking with other artists I have found out who to take classes from, what workshops to take, and where to show my work.

TAG is a great base to work from, so come take advantage of all that you are able to!

Cheri Irwin
